These tasks should be carried out by Bispell Audio, you can contact us to arrange a fix or modification within the warranty period.


Returns and Refunds
You have 14 days to request a return and refund under distance selling regulations. All other return and refund requests, within six months of the purchase date and issued by the original owner, will only be accepted if the pedal is faulty and the fault was not caused by the original owner. Import Costs
By purchasing a pedal from Bispell Audio you agree that you are responsible for the payment of all import duties, taxes and delivery charges.
